How do I access my workouts?

There are several ways to access BOD, which is what makes it such a great tool! 

How do I choose the right program for me?

  • Discuss your goals with your coach and inform them of any injuries or physical limitations

  • Print the workout calendar and any tracking sheets you need from the Program Materials

  • Push play and have fun

Each workout program on BOD will have someone demonstrating  a modified, less challenging option for the exercise movement. On some of the videos, you can even select the option to show only the modifier. There is no shame in modifying! Remember, the most important thing is to be safe.

BOD has its own Spotify playlists!

No service? No prob. Download videos to work out offline, or use the BOD app to play downloaded videos in Airplane mode.

You’re able to download up to 7 workouts so even if you’re traveling for a full week to the most remote place in the world, BOD will be right there with you.

Meet Your Trainers

Beachbody on Demand offers a wide variety of fitness programs, with everything from cardio dance to body building to yoga and tai chi. Each trainer brings something different to your workout, not just with the exercises themselves but with their personalities, motivation styles and heart. I encourage you to take a few minutes and get to know your trainers before beginning one of their programs. After all, you're about to spend a lot of time with them over the next few weeks.
