Mindset is Everything

Believe it or not, you have the basic foundation you need to be successful in your first challenge and now you just need to take what you've learned and put it into action.  However, I want to talk to you about one final piece that I think may be more important than anything you've read so far. 

Your mindset. 

Your mind will be your best friend or your worst enemy during your journey to a healthier life, so I suggest you train it well. Here at Team Wanderlust, we are huge proponents of personal development, whether it be through books, videos or even podcasts. Just as you're changing your body through fitness and nutrition, it's important that you nourish your mind as well because until you feel good about yourself on the inside, it doesn't matter what happens on the outside.
