Guys, I don’t know why I didn’t jump on the Overnight Oats bandwagon sooner because they are SO easy and so yummy. My kiddo loves them too and I’m thrilled to have delicious, healthy breakfasts prepped and ready to go! I made mine with non-dairy yogurt but you could use your favorite brand (just be sure to check the sugar content–yogurt is one of those healthy foods that you think is healthy but sometimes it packed with ingredients that just don’t have a lot of nutritional value.)
Are you ready for this recipe? It's so easy, it's mind blowing.
Set out seven pint-sized Mason jars. To each add ½ cup oats, ½ cup yogurt, 1 tsp stevia (if desired), and 1 cup berries. Cover and place in refrigerator. The oats will absorb the yogurt, and will become soft enough to eat. Serve cold.
I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
With light and love, Megan
