I don't know about you but I don't want to spend hours in the gym, at home or otherwise, this summer to stay healthy and get shredded. I want to hike, camp, paddle, run and play with my kid. But I also want abs and guns  That's not too much to ask for, right? 

That's why I'm leading a training program that is only 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week, with three days left to rest or freaking live my life! So if you're someone who wants to get strong and cut  but wants to spend more time having the best summer ever, we need to talk!

You will always stretch your dollar further by combining your items into a bundle and I will always help you get the most bang for your buck.

What equipment do I need?

Never fear, you don't need any expensive gym equipment! A set of dumbbells or resistance bands will do. 

How much space do I need? 
Minimal.  You can complete each of you workouts in a small bedroom if need be. 

How much extra does your Coaching cost? 
Absolutely nothing! Your purchase of your kit gets you ME as your accountability partner and Master Coach. It's my job to help guide and support you on your journey as you work to achieve your goals.

What can I expect from you as my Coach?  
The majority of my coaching will happen in our private group, where you can expect daily motivational posts along with guidance as we work our way through our videos. We will also have regular live videos, weekly group calls and I am always available for 1:1 support as well.

 

What kind of results can I expect? 
Results will vary by individual and are impacted by level of commitment, physiology, exertion during workouts and more. If you are unsatisfied with your results, you are always able to cancel your services and receive a full refund within 30 days of enrollment.
